St. Catherine's Day Hat Parade - To participate in this walking parade in uptown New Orleans, meet at St Charles and Pleasant Street at 10 a.m. and wear a hat of course. St Catherine is the patron saint of milliners (hat-makers) and single women. It's "A Love/Hat Relationship" theme.
